Video Games   Current Game Setup

So here you have my first ever gaming setup. Most of the pictures here show the setup post February 2006, which was the date I purchased my Sony Bravia LCD television and an Xbox 360. I actually put together this setup in 2002, shortly after the original Xbox was released. The Xbox was able to output Dolby Digital surround sound via an optical cable, so I decided to invest in an amp and speaker package capable of delivering 5.1 surround sound. The room was only 11” x 8” but you’ll be amazed what you can pack in when you try, including 7 games consoles all hooked up and ready to play. It was great having a room just to play video games and not have to setup a console every time you wanted to use it. Online gaming could also be enjoyed without interruption, even when you were only 2years old!!!

I have to say this was one of the things I missed the most when we moved house and I had to throw together a temporary setup for a year whilst we turned one of the rooms in our house into a study/games room. However with almost twice the space to work with, and starting from scratch so I could design what I wanted, it was well worth the wait.
